With all forms of correspondence, please have the following information available:

  • Server serial number
  • System configuration (model of computer, OS version, memory, and hard drive size)
  • FrstClass configuration (FirstClass Server version build, FirstClass Internet Services version build and FirstClass Client version build)
  • A brief description of the problem (including the exact text or screen shots of any error messages received and the steps to recreate the problem)
