Software Maintenance and Support
The FirstClass license purchase includes 1 year of maintenance and support by Open Text. During this time, Open Text will provide all software upgrades and technical support via e-mail and telephone at no additional cost. At the end of your initial support and maintenance term, you may choose to renew your maintenance and support contract. Aptiris can also provide technical support to your FirstClass administrators via phone or email.

Whether you're wondering "How does this work?" or "Can the software do this?", Aptiris acts as a resource not only for technical issues, but also feedback and strategies for implementing new ideas, addressing configuration issues, and helping your organization to utilize FirstClass as effectively as possible. Administrative Services
Our FirstClass specialists are available to provide various levels of administrative support for your FirstClass system. Our ongoing support arrangements are perfect for smaller organizations who do not have the staff resources or in-house skills to maintain their FirstClass system. Short-term contracts are also available for organizations interested in temporary support during new systems roll-out or start-of-year activities. We also offer Hosted Services to allow sites of any size to gain the benefit of a world-class communications system without the investment in hardware or technology infrastructure.
Monitored End-User FAQ
To help support your staff during launch of your new system, Aptiris offers a Monitored End-User FAQ conference as an additional service. Aptiris will set up a FirstClass conference on the new FirstClass system, which will be monitored daily by our Customer Support staff. Users may post questions in this area, and our staff will respond to all inquiries within one (1) business day. This is a service that has proven particularly effective for our customers in the past, providing additional support to new FirstClass Administrators as the system is rolled-out, and ensuring that end-users have rapid, clear, and accurate information on working within the new environment.
