Aptiris Remote Administration Services include an initial Systems Assessment as the basis for the starting documentation and long-term plan. We also offer one (1) day per calendar quarter of on-site meetings and system review to ensure proper function and continued alignment with your goals and direction for the communications system.
Our Remote Administration services range from basic packages focusing on software management and proper system configuration, to full-service remote administration and end-user support packages that allow the management of your FirstClass system to be entirely outsourced.
Choose from one of our existing packages, or choose from the following options to create your own customized service:
· Software monitoring (performance, load)
· FirstClass server software & OS upgrades quarterly or as required
· One (1) day of on-site meetings and system evaluation per quarter
· Configuration of daily data backup (any physical backup steps are the responsibility of the customer)
· Restore (catastrophic recovery only)
· Administrative support via phone and email for one (1) Primary Administrator and one (1) Secondary Administrator
· Root-level conference creation
· Batch Admin scripting as required (ie: bulk account creation at beginning of school year)
· Daily online support to Sub-Administrators and/or Content Managers
· Monitored public FAQ / Help conference
· End-user support via email & FirstClass conferences
