Our Equipment
Aptiris maintains equipment in a highly secure, state-of-the-art Internet Data Center (IDC) in downtown Atlanta. This facility has all the standard support systems required by any modern facility. Electrical power is provided by 3 separate sub-stations, and the center also features top-of-the-line security systems, closed-circuit cameras, security patrols and restricted floor access. This IDC manages and maintains necessary hardware, software, and backup/redundancy utilities for our Hosted Services customers, allowing them to focus on delivering content rather than managing technical resources.
Our Administrative Services
To accommodate all our customers' requirements, Aptiris offers both hosting and remote administration options. Whether on our equipment or yours, we can provide the right level of service for your organization.
Our Software Hosting packages range from basic packages that focus on off-site hardware and software management, monitoring, backup and redundancy, to full-service remote hosting/administration and end-user support packages that allow the management of your FirstClass system to be entirely outsourced.
