Course Summary
The one day FirstClass Designer course teaches you how customize the FirstClass Client interface. With the Designer, you can add resources such as pictures, icons, forms, and sounds. The course focuses on the different, but complementary functions of the FC Resource Registry and settings files. If you bring your own graphics you can start customizing your system in class. If you have a form you want to add to your system, bring it along and get started on it in class. If you don't have graphics or forms ideas we have resources you can use during class.

Creating and customizing forms
ยท working with fields
ยท setting the tab order automatically and manually
ยท adding checklist, pop-up menu, number, guide text, button, tabs, open form, URL, and calendar fields to a form

ยท creating stationery
ยท adding your own logo to the Login form
ยท taking away the ability to store a password or change the connection information
