FirstClass Web Publishing, day 1 (Beginners/Refresher)
Description
Every FirstClass user has the capability of creating a website. Â The great part is that if you know how to create a message in FirstClass, you can create a web page:) Â At the end of the workshop you will have a fully functioning class website online for students, parents, etc. to access on the Internet. Â This presents unlimited potential for communicating with students, providing online classroom material and resources and implementing Web 2.0 technologies without having to purchase and/or learn a new application. Â For maximum benefit, bring information and materials that you would like to include on your website. Â
**If you are not a DarkeNet or PrebleNet registered user, make sure your FirstClass administrator enables the following features on your account: "publish web site" and "share calendars".
