It has come to our attention that there is a small issue with installing the Open Text Social Media (OTSM) templates. The OTSM installer checks to see if you are running FirstClass Internet Services (FCIS) 10.002. If you have already upgraded to FC10 are running a newer version of FCIS, such as 10.010 or 10.011, you may get an error during the install process. Normally running a new version of the FCIS application would not be a problem. However, in this case you will get and error message indicating that you must have version 10002 installed to
complete the installation process.
The solution is to roll back to Build 10.002, complete the installation process and then replace the 10.010 or 10.011 version of the executable.
From this point forward you should not have any problems.
