Professional Service Packs can be purchased in 10, 20 and 40 hour blocks. Already part of our Preferred Partner Program? Your Preferred Parter Program membership permits you to purchase these Packs at a discounted rate.

- Schedule Faster: Reduce delays in scheduling. Because the services are pre-paid, we can schedule the services immediately to better meet your needs.

- Be More Efficient: Time is tracked in 15 minute increments, while traditional service proposals require a 1 hour minimum.
- Think Long Term: Packs are valid for up to 3 years.
How might you use a Professional Services Pack?
- You need assistance with the installation of a FirstClass Module such as Application Services, Archive Services, or Sync Services.
- You have items on your to-do list, but just can't find time to get them done.
- You want to develop and deploy a custom form, or build an approval workflow for common paper-based processes, but your time is limited.
- Its time to move Internet Services to a dedicated machine, you can do it, but it might take 3 days....we can do it in less than 3 hours.
- You've made a change to the sever and things aren't right; standard support can't resolve the problem and you need someone to take a hands-on look to identify and fix the problem.
- You'd like to arrange ad-hoc training for few new features, or to review a particular aspect of your system setup.
Recommended Packs
- 10 Hours: $1,750
- 20 Hours: $3,325 (5% discount)
- 40 Hours: $6,300 (10% discount)
Terms
- Discounts may not be combined; Rates for Aptiris Partners and Premier Partners will reflect the deepest single discount for which a site is entitled
- Professional Services time may be used for up to 3 years from date of purchase.
- Standard hourly rates apply for services conducted during standard business hours. After-hours or weekend services are assessed at rate of 1.5x standard rate.
- Professional Services hours may be used on-site if desired, with travel & incidental costs invoiced separately
