FirstClass Administration & Internet Services Accelerated Course
This is the standard FirstClass Server Administration training (3 days) with emphasis added on covering FirstClass Internet Services configuration and best practices. This course is designed for FirstClass administrators, consultants, and support personnel who are responsible for the installation or maintenance of a FirstClass system. More...
FirstClass OTSW Workshops
FirstClass 10/11 introduces the latest in the Web 2.0 technology with the addtion of the Open Text Social Workplace (OTSW) web templates. This new functionality provides new and exciting ways for end users to interact with each other and you community at large. The OTSW Worksops are designed to provided the administrative overview needed to configure OTSW for your environment and to familiarize key staff with the key features of the templates.
The workshops are divided into two sessions. The morning session, Social Workplace in FirstClass for Admins, is for FirstClass Administrators and focuses on the configuration of OTSW, the control groups that FirstClass uses and best practices.
The afternoon session, Social Workplace in FirstClass for Key Staff and End Users, is for key personnel that will be charged with implementing OTSW to wider audience. It is a hands on review of the features and functioning of the OTSW Templates. More...
FirstClass Designer
FirstClass Designer (1 day) teaches how customize the FirstClass Client interface. Learn to add resources such as pictures, icons, forms, and sounds. This course is a prerequisite for the Workflow Development and Application Services courses. More...
