System Assessment
Aptiris' Systems Assessment provides a starting point for reviewing both systems infrastructure and the evolving role and capability of FirstClass in your organization, helping you make sure that you are getting the most out of your investment.
Many sites that have been long-time users of FirstClass for email or conferencing find that while they have continued to upgrade the system software, they are not necessarily taking advantage of all of the new features or functionality released in recent versions.
In a typical Assessment, Aptiris' trained specialists visit your organization and examine the FirstClass system configuration, and interview the system administrator(s) and/or key users to discuss technology objectives.
