Sept 2011 - FirstClass Client 11.017
The 11.017 release (service pack 1) of the FirstClass client is now available, and strongly recommended to replace earlier 11 client deployments. The new clients may be obtained from your FC Update Services conference, or downloaded from the Aptiris support pages.
Sept 2011 - FirstClass Client for Android
The long-awaited Android client for FirstClass is now available. Â Go to the Android Marketplace and search for "OpenText Social Workplace" or click here to access the page via the web-based marketplace.
July 2011 - FirstClass 11 Service Pack 2
Aptiris recommends the installation of SP2 updates for all sites running FirstClass 11 server components, including the core server, internet services, social workplace, and application services. Please see the product bulletin for details, and check your FC Updates conference for the service pack components.
May 2011 - fcExport Available

May 2011 - Rapid Web Designer 5.0
RWD 5.0 is now available! Updates include several new ways to present content, allowing for more sophisticated and flexible web designs.
April 2011 - FC Mobility Roadmap
FirstClass has released their Mobility Roadmap, including their updated vision & approach for mobie devices, and a target date of June, 2011 for the upcoming Android client.

August 2010 - fcTest 2.16 Released
The latest update to fcTest includes links to web content for questions, and the ability for students to re-take tests if permitted. Read more
August 2010 - FirstClass Product Updates
FirstClass has released Server version 10.0 SP2, Internet Services 10.0 SP4, and FirstClass Client for OS X 10.013. Server updates are availalbe from your FC Updates conference; the new client is available online.
July 2010 - Ticketus and Inventoria 3.02 Now Available
New features include a new communication tracking module and the ability to associate tickets with external (non-FirstClass) users for Ticketus, and an update to the export function within Inventoria.

May 2010 - OTSM Install Update
It has come to our attention that there is a small issue with installing the Open Text Social Media (OTSM) templates. The OTSM installer checks to see if you are running FirstClass Internet Services (FCIS) 10.002. If you have already upgraded to FC10 are running a newer version of FCIS, such as 10.010 or 10.011, you may get an error during the install process. More...
