Roadmap Highlights for OpenText FirstClass 11.0 Service Pack 3

This upcoming software release is the first of many sweeping changes coming to FirstClass over the next several months.
FirstClass is an integral part of your organization's Collaborative environment. Â This Service Pack release is focused on identifying target users and then ensuring that the software creates the benefits that they value most. Â This is just the first of many releases that will be relevant to your current and future needs.
Client Enhancements
Client Export
Exporting of FirstClass  content now enhanced to no longer cause client hangs, as well as improved support for importing of FirstClass content
Rich Text Signatures
Users will now be able to create rich signatures that include style date, url support, and images
New Reply Options
- Reply Sender with Quote
- Reply All with Quote
- Reply Original Author with Quote
Better handling of external Calendar invites
Updates to Calendar events received from outside the system will now update the existing event, instead of creating duplicates
Single multi-language installer
Various Kanji and Extended character bug fixes for Japanese and other non-English language clients
Archive Server
Ability to search the entire Archive all at once
Mobility
- Blackberry Contact Sync enhancement - Ability to sync local FirstClass names to email field on Blackberry contact form
- iPhone client now supports the correct number of unread messages in the mailbox, not "what's new" since the last access
- Honour Saved Password permission settings for iOS clients
Internet Services
Various fixes for web templates, and overall performance and stability enhancements
Directory Services
Ability to synchronize multiple email addresses from meta directory (AD, LDAP) to FirstClass
